Return Policy
You are entitled to a 10-day (ten-day) inspection period to evaluate your gemstone. This inspection period commences on the date you sign for and receive the item from the shipping carrier. If, during this period, you are not fully satisfied with the gemstone, you may return it for a complete refund. Please note that while the gemstone is in your possession, you are responsible for its care and value.
Should you require an extended inspection period, special arrangements may be made under agreed-upon terms. However, any such arrangement must be requested and confirmed prior to shipment. Please contact us in advance to discuss these arrangements.
Important Note: Gemstones will not be eligible for a refund if they have been set, scratched, chipped, fractured, altered in any manner, or if their weight has changed. We strongly recommend refraining from setting the gemstone until you are certain of your decision to purchase.
How to Return an Item
If you wish to return purchased item, please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not return the item without an RMA number, as all shipments without an RMA will be refused and returned to the sender.
Depending on the value of the item you are returning, you will receive specific instructions for the return process.
All returned items must be in the same new condition as when they were delivered. We cannot accept damaged items. Please review our return policies before requesting an RMA number.
A refund will be issued once we receive your return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. If you paid by wire transfer, a company check will be issued to the name on the account from which the purchase was made.
To prevent potential theft, please do not indicate any specific contents on the shipping label (such as gems, sapphires, or jewelry). If required by customs or the shipping company, please describe the item as an "Antique Sample" or "Rock Crystal Sample."
